Nouman Iqbal Malik
Director, Recruitment & IT Solutions
Nouman Iqbal Malik, brings over a decade’s experience from HR. He is a seasoned leader who has led Recruitment functions in various recognized corporate organizations. He has been associated with Nishat, i2C, Ciklum, Autosoft Dynamics and Systems Limited in the past where in most of the organization he was responsible for Talent Acquisition along with managing outsourced project teams. He is one of the most sought after recruitment strategist in the country especially in IT. Nouman has a proven track record of recruiting some of the best talent in over 2 dozen technologies. Furthermore, Nouman has also erected multiple assessment centers in most of the organizations that he has worked at and has a very strong PR both domestic and international. To add to that, Nouman has also been exposed to software development where he has been leading multiple international projects and led large development teams. Nouman holds a Masters in HRM from the University of Central Punjab along with a Bachelors in Computer Science.

Syed Umer Javaid
Director, Strategy & OD
Syed Umer Javaid brings over 15 years of diversified experience in HR. He has been associated with some of the biggest names in the country such as Abacus Consulting, Xavor Corporation, Systems Limited and i2c at strategic positions in HR. In the capacity of an HR consultant Umer has a lot of feathers in his hat. He has led various training program for multiple industry sectors namely Manufacturing, IT, Footwear, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Academia and Textile to be precise. He is a certified trainer from Australian Center of Education and Training, Melbourne. To add to that, Umer is also a certified KPI specialist from KPI, institute Australia along with being a Certified HR practitioner from SHRM. On a domestic front, Umer carried multiple technical certification in HR from LUMS. To add to that, Umer has worked on various OD projects for both Public sector and private sector and is fully aware of the industry dynamics being handson. PHCF being one of the largest HR forums in Pakistan, Umer has also led its Mentoring Practice for Lahore as the Mentoring Lead. His highest earned qualification is an MS in Management Science in Change Management from University of Hertfordshire, UK.
